摘要
依赖职业能力分析的结果来确定教学内容和教学方法的CBET模型,对我国高校课堂教学改革有着重要的指导作用。以培训与开发课程为例,以CBET模型理论为指导,对该课程课堂教学进行改革,旨在提高学生的岗位适应能力、学习自主性和学习兴趣,同时也促进教师教学业务能力的提升。
CBET model, which depends on the occupational analysis to determine the teaching content and teaching methods, is the guid- ance for classroom teaching reform in colleges. Taking the course of Training and Development as an example, based on CBET model, this paper makes a reform on the classroom teaching of this course, so that to improve students' post adaptive ability, learning autonomy, learning interest, and promote teachers' teaching ability.
