高职实用英语教学改革探析——以南京化工职业技术学院模具专业为例

Study on the Reform of Practical English Course in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Mould Specialty in Nanjing College of Chemical Technology as an Example

以南京化工职业技术学院模具专业英语教学现状为例,指出对高职实用英语教学进行改革很有必要。高职英语教师应依据岗位及专业要求,优化课程结构和教学内容;以学生为中心,丰富课堂教学方法;开展英语第二课堂,延续英语语言学习;引导学生利用网络技术,开展自主学习。

Taking Mould Specialty in Nanjing College of Chemical Technology as an example, this paper presents that it is of great necessity to reform on practical English course in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational college English teachers should improve the course structure and teaching content based on the job and major requirements; adopt abundant teaching methods which are student-centered; further continue English language learning through second language classroom, and guide student to learn inde- pendently by network technology.
