高职院校的发展壮大并更好地服务区域经济社会发展,关键是取决于精良的师资,而人才引进则是建设精良师资队伍的最佳捷径。苏锡常高职院校在高层次人才引进的过程中,存在着与所在地方相关部门的融合问题以及学校自身发展的问题。因此,做好高职院校人才引进工作,既需要地方政府的积极作为,包括政策、财政等方面的大力支持,更需要学校自身的积极有为,包括转变观念、科学规划、科学考量以及完善配套工程等。

The development of higher vocational colleges depends on excellent teaching staff. Recruitment of high-level talented people is the most efficient route to establish a team of excellent teaching staff. In the course of recruitment in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, there are some problems on regional integration and colleges themselves, including aspects of recruitment concept, talent planning, talent evaluation and talent supporting program. Therefore, govenment should act actively in the recruiment of high-level talented people, including offering more support on policy and finance.
