摘要
从建立完善有效的工资分配制度出发,重点论述了能力工资的优势和设计以及实施能力工资应注意的问题,提出了能力工资方案的设计流程,即从企业战略和价值观中提炼核心能力,通过对核心能力的分析、评价和评估,最终形成基于能力的工资体系。
Starting from the establishment of an effective wage distribution system, this paper discusses the advantages of paying for com- petence and some issues which should be focused. It also introduces the design process of the scheme of paying for compe- tence, which is to develop core competence from enterprise strategy and value, and to establish the system through the analysis, assessment and evaluation of core competence.
