Using GIS, RS, GPS and other advanced technology , taking the geographic information as a carrier and land derived tax sources as the main management object , find out the tax base of urban land use tax , improve the monitoring level of revenue , strength-en the basis of tax collection and management , and build a long-term mechanism of tax source management to control tax by land , manage tax by information .
