基于网络环境下高职学生思想政治教育现状,运用戴尔"经验之塔"理论,从做的经验、观察的经验及抽象的经验三个层次出发,提出网络环境下提高学生学习思想政治教育积极性和参与性的新型模式。

Use of the theory of Edgar Dale, the article puts forward a new model about how to improve students＇ learning enthusiasm and participation of ideological and education in higher vocation college, from the three levels of Doing, Observing and symbolizing, after the investigations on the current status of ideological and education in higher vocation college, under the network environment.
