NICU新生儿睡眠及护理研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 新生儿期间,睡眠与呼吸或喂养是同等重要的生命功能,特别是在早产儿中,睡眠是其主要的行为状态。新生儿睡眠已经越来越引起人们的关注。新生儿睡眠问题成为新生儿发育研究的重要内容之一,而早产儿的发育更是NICU关注的重要问题,睡眠在新生儿脑部发育功能中的作用日益被重视,研究其睡眠状况及排除影响因素成为临床研究的重要内容。但是,在忙碌的NICU病房,新生儿容易被环境因素或护理程序所打断。如何保护和尊重新生儿的睡眠,避免或减少其干扰因素,成为新生儿发育性支持需要关注的重要内容。现将NICU新生儿睡眼状况及护理进展报道如下。
