失眠症中医不寐五神分型肝不藏魂型与肾不藏志型PSG特征研究

Study on the PSG characteristics of disability of mood stored in the liver type and disability of will stored in the kidney type in the types of manner of the five viscera in insomnia

目的:探讨失眠症中医不寐五神分型证型中肝不藏魂型与肾不藏志型两证型多导睡眠图(PSG)相关参数的特征性变化,以期为中医不寐五神分型法提供临床证据。方法:选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院2011年10月-2012年10月期间住院诊断为失眠症,按照中医不寐五神分型法分属肝不藏魂型和肾不藏志型的患者各40例,另设正常组20例作为对照,对其进行PSG监测并采集各组PSG相关参数,分析比较3组PSG相关参数是否存在特征性变化。结果:失眠症中医不寐五神分型中肝不藏魂型与肾不藏志型在睡眠进程参数与睡眠结构参数方面存在特征性变化。结论:PSG睡眠进程参数和睡眠结构参数可以作为失眠症中医不寐五神分型法肝不藏魂型与肾不藏志型相鉴别的量化指标。

Objective： Explorement of the PSG parameters characteristics of disability of mood stored in the liver type and disability of will stored in the kidney type in the types of manner of the five viscera in insomnia, to provide a clinical evidence for the types of manner of the five viscera in insomnia. Methods： Eighty inpatients with insomnia from the first teaching hospital of Xinjiang medical university during Oct.2011 to Oct.2012, who were differentiated as disability of mood stored in the liver type and disability of will stored in the kidney type with the types of manner of the five viscera, were selected. There were 40 cases of disability of mood stored in the liver type and 40 cases of disability of will stored in the kidney type. And, 20 health volunteers were collected as the control. The PSG parameters in 3 groups above were collected and analyzed. Results： There were differences in sleep process parameters and process structure parameters between the disability of mood stored in the liver type and the disability of will stored in the kidney type. Conclusion： The PSG sleep process parameters and process structure parameters could be used as the reference indexes for the disability of mood stored in the liver type and the disability of will stored in the kidney type in the types of manner of the five viscera in insomnia.
