摘要
目的:探讨维吾尔医学(维医)异常体液分型与原发性高血压(EH)早期预防间的关系。方法:对444例非高血压人群按维医体液分型分为异常胆液质、异常血液质、异常黏液质和异常黑胆质,采集全血,测量收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)并采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)对血管紧张素Ⅱ-Ⅰ型受体(AT1R)基因A1166C多态性进行检测。结果:1异常胆液质型人群的SBP、DBP和身体质量指数(BMI)均明显低于异常血液质型人群(P<0.01)。2异常胆液质型人群中AC+CC基因型分布频率和等位基因频率明显大于异常血液质型人群(P<0.05)。3筛选出性别和BMI是导致异常血液质型和异常胆液质型人群血压差异的主要因素。结论:对异常胆液质而言,异常血液质对血压的影响程度相对较高,这种差异的存在与AT1R基因A1166C多态性无关,提示不同维医体液分型EH的发病机制可能存在差异。
Objective: To explore the association between early prevention with essential hypertension (EH) and syndrome differentiation of Uighur medicine. Methods: Four hundred and forty-four Uygur people who were not EH were divided into constitution of abnormal bile liquid, constitution of abnormal blood, constitution of abnormal mucus and constitution of abnormal black bile. The whole blood of 444 persons was collected and SBP and DBP were measured, AT1R gene A1166C polymorphism of the target population genomic DNA was measured by using polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: (!)The SBP, DBP and BMI in constitution of abnormal bile liquid group were significantly lower than those of constitution of abnormal blood group (P〈0.01). (2)The AC+CC genotype distribution frequencies and allele frequencies of people in constitution of abnormal bile liquid group were significantly higher than those of people in constitution of abnormal blood group (P〈0.05). (3)Sex and BMI were the principal factor that lead to pressure differences between constitution of abnormal bile liquid and constitution of abnormal blood. Conclusion: Compared with constitution of abnormal bile liquid, the influence of constitution of abnormal blood on blood pressure was higher, and the existence of the difference has nothing to do with AT1R A1166C gene polymorphism. It prompts that the pathogenesis of EH with different syndrome differentiation of Uighur medicine might be different.
