Professor LI Shun-min's experience in treating chronic nephritis

慢性肾炎临床较为常见,李顺民教授治疗慢性肾炎的经验特色主要体现在4个方面:辨证为主,分层次,多靶点及因人治宜。李顺民教授擅长应用雷公藤制剂治疗各种慢性肾炎,包括原发性肾病综合征、膜性肾病及Ig A肾病等。尤其对于雷公藤的毒副作用及增效减毒方案的探索有丰富的经验。

Chronic nephritis was common in clinical practice. During the process of diagnosis with teacher, the author summarized the treatment experience and characteristics of professor LI and it mainly reflected in 4 aspects as follows： first, giving priority to syndrome differentiation; second, making a clear distinction among different levels; third, treating from multiple target points; forth, treatment based on the patients＇ characteristics. Professor LI was good at treating a variety of chronic nephritis, including primary nephrotic syndrome, membranous nephropathy and IgA nephopathy with tripterygium wifordii. Particularly, he had a wealth of experience in the research of toxic and side effect of tripterygium wifordii and the solutions of effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing.
