循经辨证理论在中医风湿病诊治中的应用

Application of meridians transmission syndrome differentiation theory in the treatment of rheumatism

文章旨在总结循经辨证理论在中医风湿病诊治中的应用情况,以期为临床运用提供依据。通过查阅古籍经典及近十年的中医文献,从理论依据和临床应用两方面总结探讨了循经辨证理论在中医风湿病领域运用的进展。结果发现运用循经辨证理论诊治风湿病,古已有之,取得了不少的研究成果和临床疗效,但很多领域的研究尚属空白。循经辨证理论在指导风湿病的中医诊治方面有重要作用,但仍有很大的完善和提升空间。

To summarize the application of meridians syndrome differentiation theory in treatment of rheumatism, in order to provide the basis for clinical use. Through the review of traditional Chinese medicine literatures, this paper concluded the achievements of meridians syndrome differentiation theory used in rheumatism treatment from theoretical basis and clinical application. It had made a lot of research results and clinical curative effect in diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism by using meridians syndrome differentiation theory, but researches in many fields were still blank. Meridians transmission syndrome differentiation theory had an important role in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism, and it still need to be improved.
