中医药调控脑源性神经营养因子保护脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子作为神经营养因子家族中的一员,对中枢和周围神经元有广泛的生物学作用。实验研究表明其对于脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经细胞的再生修复至关重要。中医药可通过调节脑源性神经营养因子的表达发挥改善脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。文章拟对脑源性神经营养因子在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及其机制以及中医药对其调控作用做一综述。 As one of the neurotrophic factors, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) has many biological effects on neurons of eentrai and peripheral nervous system. Experimental investigation shows that BDNF is an important factor to regenerate and repair neurons after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the expression of BDNF, and improve cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. This paper will review the effects and mechanism of BDNF in improving the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine.
