基于数据挖掘探析国内现代针刺治疗功能性便秘的经穴特点

Analysis of characteristics of meridians and acupoints selection in the modern Chinese acupuncture treatment of functional constipation based on data mining

目的:分析现代针刺治疗功能性便秘(FC)的经穴使用特点和规律。方法:收集针刺治疗FC的现代文献,采用数据挖掘技术分析现代针刺治疗FC的经穴特点和规律。结果:共获254篇文献,涉及148个腧穴,共1 872频次,其中十四经穴109个,1 816频次;天枢、足三里、上巨虚、大肠俞使用最频繁;足阳明胃经穴使用频次最高,足太阳膀胱经选穴个数最多;胸腹部腧穴使用频次和个数领先;特定穴个数和频次占绝对优势,以五输穴、交会穴、腹募和背俞穴最多。结论:通过数据挖掘技术对国内现代针刺治疗FC文献分析发现,重视胸腹局部和循经取穴是现代针刺治疗FC的重要原则,特定穴的运用是针刺处方的主要部分。

Objective： To analyze the characteristics and disciplines of meridians and acupoints selection in the modern Chinese acupuncture treatment of functional constipation （FC）. Methods： The modem literatures of acupuncture treatment of FC were collected, and the data mining method was used to analyze the characteristics and disciplines of meridians and acupoints in the modern Chinese acupuncture treatment of FC. Results： Two hundred and fifty-four articles were selected, including 148 acupoints for 1 872 times in total, while 109 acupoints in fourteen meridians and a total of 1 816 frequency. The acupoints of Tianshu （ST25）, Zusanli （ST36）, Shangjuxu （ST37）, Dachangshu （BL25） were most frequently used. The acupoints of stomach meridian of foot-Yangming were most frequently used while the number of acupoints of bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang was the largest. The abdomen acupoints were in a maximum number and most frequently used. The special acupoints number and frequency were in absolute advantage, especially the five shu acupoints, crossing acupoints, mu acupoints and back-shu acupoints. Conclusion： According to the means of data mining, the results reveal that local point selection and taking acupoints along channel are the important principle for modern Chinese acupuncture treatment of FC, and the special acupoints are the main part of acupuncture prescriptions.
