中药药对配伍对其促癌物活性的影响

Effects of couplet medicines synergy of Chinese medicine on tumor-promoting activity

目的:通过药对配伍前后毒性变化的研究,揭示方剂配伍规律及其科学内涵;同时为中药临床应用及新药研制提供理论基础。方法:以中医药方剂配伍理论为指导,应用肿瘤病毒抗原激活实验系统,选择了8组药对,研究其促癌物活性的变化。结果:一些有毒中药,在药对配伍后其致癌物活性下降。结论:合理配伍是降低中药的促癌物活性的有效方法之一;通过研究药对配伍后促癌活性的变化,为方剂配伍机制研究寻找到一个新的切入点。

Objective： To study toxicity changes of toxic Chinese herbs after forming couplet medicines, in order to reveal the law of prescription synergy and provide theoretical support for Chinese medicine clinical use and new drug development. Methods： Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine prescription synergy theory, tumor-promoting activity changes of eight groups of couplet medicines were investigated with tumor virus antigen activation experimental system. Results： Tumor-promoting activities of some toxic Chinese herbs decreased after forming couple medicines. Conclusion： Rational synergy of Chinese herbs is one of the effective methods for reducing the tumor-promoting activities, and a new breakthrough point for mechanism of couplet medicines synergy is found by studying the changes of tumor-promoting activities of some toxic Chinese herbs after forming couple medicines.
