孟河医学流派起源于明末清初,因学术精熟、疗效卓著而闻名于世。其中马培之因擅治疑难杂证,临床善用膏方调治疾病而名誉四方。马氏传艺于贺季衡,贺氏因其精业,治病疗效显著,每能使危重者每能化险为夷而声名远播。再传于颜亦鲁。亦鲁公遣方用药不论经方、时方、单方,兼收广蓄,尤擅内外合治而解救疾苦,并开创"颜氏内科"。其第二代传人国医大师颜德馨,在学术上倡导"久病必有瘀"、"怪病必有瘀",提出"衡法"治则。第三代传人全国名老中医颜乾麟,长期从事中医内、儿、妇科疾病的临床、科研、教学工作,以膏方调治疾病尤有心得。今特遴选上述五位中医名家之膏方医案,加以评析,以飨读者。

Menghe medical schools originated in the Ming and Qing dynasties. MA Pei-zhi was famous due to academic mastery, remarkable efficacy and good at using Gaofang to treat diseases. MA taught HE Ji-heng, HE taught YAN Yi-lu. YAN created a ‘Yan＇s internal medicine＇. YAN De-xin, the state medical master, is second-generation descendant, academic advocate ‘chronic illness must stasis＇, ‘abnormal must stasis＇, and creates‘Heng method＇. YAN Qian-lin is the third generation descendant, who is engaged in internal medicine, children, gynecological diseases, especially has experience in using Gaofang to modulate disease. We chose five famous doctors above, commenting on their Gaofang prescription.
