骨蚀再造丸治疗股骨头坏死60例临床研究

Clinical research of 60 osteonecrosis patients treated with Gushi Zaizao Pill

目的:观察骨蚀再造丸治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:对120例瘀阻脉络型股骨头坏死病人采用随机分组,试验组、对照组各60例,选用丹郁骨康丸作为对照,采用双盲双模拟进行疗效观察。结果:试验组60例中显效25例(占41.67%),有效30例(占50.00%),无效5例(占8.33%),总有效率91.67%。对照组60例中显效24例(占40.00%),有效27例(占45.00%),无效9例(占15.00%),总有效率85.00%。两组疗效相比较,经统计学分析差异无统计学意义。但是治疗2个月后随访结果,在远期疗效方面骨蚀再造丸优于丹郁骨康丸(P<0.05)。结论:骨蚀再造丸和丹郁骨康丸治疗瘀阻脉络型股骨头坏死的疗效相似,均无明显的副作用,复发率低,远期疗效骨蚀再造丸明显优于丹郁骨康丸,从经济学角度看,骨蚀再造丸的疗程费用明显低于丹郁骨康丸。

Objective： To observe the effects of Gushi Zaizao Pill used in treating osteonecrosis patients. Methods： One hundred and twenty osteonecrosis patients with syndrome of blood stasis blocking in vessel were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Danyu Gukang Pill, and the effect was observed by the method of double-blind and double-dummy. Results： In treatment group, 25 patients had a significant effect （accounted for 41.67%）, 30 patients had a curative effect （accounted for 50.00%） and 5 patients were invalid （accounted for 8.33%）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%. However, in control group, 24 patients had a significant effect （accounted for 40.00%）, 27 patients had a curative effect （accounted for 45.00%） and 9 patients were invalid （accounted for 15.00%）. The total effective rate of control group was 85.00%. There was no significant difference in effect between the two groups. But the follow-up result of 2 months after treatment showed that long-term effect of Gushi Zaizao Pill was superior to Danyu Gukang Pill （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gushi Zaizao Pill and Danyu Gukang Pill has similar curative effect for treating osteonecrosis patients with syndrome of blood stasis blocking in vessel with no significant side effects, and low recurrence rate. Gushi Zalzao Pill has better long-term efficacy better than Danyu Gukang Pill, and the cost of each course of Gushi Zaizao Pill is half of Danyu Oukang Pill.
