中药薰药配合中药内服治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of treating chronic eczema with integration of fumigating medicine and oral medicine of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:观察中药薰药配合中药内服治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合慢性湿疹诊断的患者,依据随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,最终纳入统计79例;试验组41例,采用中药薰药配合中药内服的方法治疗;对照组38例,采用外用药膏配合中药内服的方法治疗。结果:两组患者在治疗前SCORAD评分无显著性差异,治疗4周后,两组患者SCORAD评分有显著性差异(t=2.192,P=0.032<0.05),试验组有效率为63.41%,对照组有效率为47.37%,经秩和检验两组间有效率差异有统计学意义(Z=4.89,P=0.027<0.05)。结论:中药熏药配合中药内服对慢性湿疹治疗安全、有效,值得研究与推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating medicine combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods： Seventy-nine chronic eczema patients were included and divided into a treatment group with 41 patients and a control group with 38 patients according to random number table. Patients in the treatment group were treated with integration of fumigating medicine and oral medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, and patients in the control group were treated With integration of external ointment and oral traditional Chinese medicine. Results： There was no significant difference in SCORAD score of patients in two groups before treatment, and after 4 weeks＇ treatment, there was a significant difference of SCORAD score between the two groups （t=2.192, P=0.032〈0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 63.41%, and the effective rate of the control group was 47.37%, and the difference was significant proved by rank sum test （Z=4.89, P=0.027〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integration of fumigating medicine and oral medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in chronic eczema treatment, and worthy of research and extension.
