摘要
观察中药灌肠方 (由黄芪、黄连、五倍子、石榴皮、地榆、白及、云南白药组成 )治疗轻、中度慢性溃疡性结肠炎 40例的疗效。灌肠治疗 3个疗程 ( 60天 )。结果 :治疗组的临床综合疗效优于对照组 (锡类散、云南白药 ) 3 5例 ,总有效率分别为 87 50 %和 68 57% ,组间比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。提示本方对溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效 。
Chinese herbal enema was used to treat 40 cases of mild or moderate chronic ulcerative colitis for 60 days.Results:The therapeutic effects in treatment group were better than that in control group;the total effective rates were 87 50% and 68 57% in treatment and control group respectively,with a significant difference between them(P<0 05).
