摘要 防止转向机构对驾驶员伤害是驾驶员保护的一项重要指标,是国家强制性检验和CCC认证项目。人体模块撞击转向机构试验数据的准确可靠关系到汽车生产商和广大消费者的切身利益,具有重要的意义。根据相关防止转向机构对驾驶员伤害的标准法规研究人体模块试验数据测量仪器的技术要求,并开发出适合人体模块试验的触发准确、多通道同步高速采集、准确可靠的数据采集处理系统,对提高汽车检测水平和检测效率具有重要意义。 As an important evaluation index of driver protection in collision accident, protecting drivers from being injured by steering mechanism is one of the national compulsory inspection and China compulsory certification projects. It′s significant to collect accurate data. According to the regulations or standards of protecting drivers from being injured by steering mechanism, the requirments of measuring instruments are present and the data acquisition and processing system is designed. The system is accurate, reliable, trigger punctual and high-speed synchronous. It′s helpful for improving vehicle inspection skill and test efficiency.
