化瘀通络方治疗小儿肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Study on"Blood-Stasis-Resolving and Collateral-Unblocking Decoction"for Infantile Nephrotic Syndrome

为观察化瘀通络方治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效 ,设治疗组 36例 ,用化瘀通络方加强的松治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,单纯用强的松治疗 ,疗程均为 8周。结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5) ,完全效应率、治疗后 2 4小时尿蛋白定量比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。

To observe the clinical efficacy of'Blood Stasis Resolving and Collateral Unblocking Decoction'in the treatment of infantile nephrotic syndrome,36 subjects in treatment group were treated by'Blood Stasis Resolving and Collateral Unblocking Decoction'and another 30 cases in control group were treated by Prednisonum,with a course of 8 weeks.Results:After treatment,there was no difference in the total effective rate between two groups( P >0 05);but the marked effective rate and 24 hour urinary protein were significantly different in two groups( P <0 05).It is indicated that this Decoction has good effects on infantile nephrotic syndrome.
