提升服务境界 推动全民阅读——基于重庆主城九区阅读现状实证调查

Empirical investigation on reading status of nine districts in Chongqing City

从图书馆的视角全面系统地对重庆市主城九区的阅读现状进行实证调研,从中发现社会阅读存在的普遍与共性问题。针对所发现的问题,提出完善图书馆公共文化服务设施,构建图书馆的和谐人文生态环境;把握国家政府的文化战略决策,倡导全民阅读的服务意识和理念;创新阅读服务方式,提升图书馆阅读宣传推广的能力和水平。让图书馆成为创造中国梦的文化基石,使图书馆成为实现中国梦的精神堡垒。

To explore the widespread and common problems in social reading,this paper carries on an empirical research on the reading status of nine districts of Chongqing City,from the perspective of libraries. For the problems found,it puts forward the suggestions,to improve library's public cultural service facilities,to establish harmonious humanistic environment of library,to advocate the service consciousness and concept of nationwide reading,to innovate reading service mode,and to improve ability and level of library reading promotion.
