摘要
56个引进玉米品种的18个形态性状的平均多样性指数为1.6185,遗传多样性丰富;其中14个数量性状的平均多样性指数为1.8778,4个质量性状为0.7111,数量性状高出质量性状1.1667。穗行数的多样性程度最高(2.0921),粒型的多样性程度最低(0.3475)。不同来源的甘肃群体(30份,1.5216)的遗传多样性比河北群体(18份,1.4226)和辽宁群体(6份,1.0219)丰富,多样性指数分别高出0.0990和0.4997。
The diversity index of the 18 morphological characters based on 56 accessions is 1. 6185 on average,which means high genetic diversity level existed in the tested samples. The 4 qualitative characters possess a low genetic diversity( 0. 7111) on average. While,the mean diversity index of the 14 quantitative characters is 1. 8778,which is 1. 1667 higher than that of qualitative characters. The highest value( 2. 0921) of genetic diversity index is appeared in row per fringe; the lowest value( 0. 3475) occurred in seed type. The genetic diversity index( 1. 5216) of Gansu group( 30 accessions) is 0. 0990 and 0. 4997 greater than that( 1. 4226,1. 0219) of Hebei group( 18 accessions) and Liaoning group( 6 accessions),which means better genetic diversity in Gansu group.
