摘要
四川某铜多金属矿含铜1.97%、锌1.32%、硫16.72%,由于主要金属矿物嵌布致密,且磁黄铁矿中的铁有缺失、可浮性极好,对铜、锌、硫的分离回收造成极大的困难。本研究采用铜锌硫依次优先浮选工艺,配合使用专门研制的高效组合抑制剂CFS+石灰,闭路试验获得的铜精矿铜品位21.82%、含锌1.92%、铜回收率96.43%,锌精矿锌品位46.32%、含铜0.32%、锌回收率73.31%,硫精矿硫品位38.74%、硫回收率62.29%的优异指标。
A copper-polymetallic ore with Cu 1.97%,Zn 1.32%,S 16.72% of Cu-Zn-S was separated difficultly. Because the main metallic minerals was compact-disseminated and had good floatability,at the same time part of iron have lacked in pyrrhotite. The application by selective flotation technology and using new special depressants CFS and Ca O had obtained a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 21.82%, Zn grade of 1.92%,and a recovery of 96.43%,the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 46.32%,Cu grade of0.32%,and a recovery of 73.31%,and sulfur concentrate was with S content of 38.74%,and a recovery of 62.29%.
