摘要
以白云鄂博尾矿浮选回收稀土后的尾矿为原料,进行了浮选回收萤石的工艺研究,采用的工艺为:以苛化淀粉和水玻璃的组合药剂作抑制剂进行一段浮选,然后分级磨矿,最后以酸化水玻璃作抑制剂进行两段浮选。通过这一工艺,可从原料获得Ca F2品位95.37%、回收率68.27%的萤石精矿。
This article took mine tailing,which was produced from the rare earth flotation recovery of Bayan Obo tailings, as raw materials to make a research on the flotation recovery process of fluorite.The processes used in this research are as follows: took the combined reagent of causticizing starch and sodium silicate as inhibitors in the first period of flotation,then took grading grinding processes,finally we used acidified sodium silicate as inhibitors for the second flotation. By this process,we can obtain fluorite concentrate with Ca F2 grade of 95.37% and recovery rate of 68.27% from the raw materials.
