摘要
针对紫金山铜矿铜硫浮选的尾矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用抑明矾石浮地开石工艺,加入抑制剂淀粉、HY抑制明矾石,十八胺捕收地开石;油酸钠作为明矾石的捕收剂,可以实现紫金山铜硫浮选尾矿回收地开石、明矾石,在淀粉用量1.2 kg/t、HY的用量175 g/t、十八胺用量38 g/t、矿浆p H 7.5、油酸钠210 g/t时,可以得到地开石精矿品位为51.09%、明矾石的含量为17.80%,明矾石精矿品位58.52%、地开石的含量为19.37%,达到工业用二级标准。
An experimental study of flotation was carried out on tailings of copper-sulfur flotation in Zijinshan Copper Mine. Dickite and alunite are successfully recovered from the tailings with starch and HY as alunite depressant, stearamine as dickite as collector, sodium oleate as alunite collector. Dickite concentrate contains 51.09% of dickite with 17.08% of alunite, alunite concentrate contains 58.52% of alunite with 19.37% of dickite on the condition of the dosage of starch 1.2 kg/t,HY 175 g/t,stearamine38 g/t,sodium oleate 210 g/t,p H value 7.5,which is up to the second standard in the industry.
