光电复合缆供电的深海2米岩芯钻机的研制 被引量:2

摘要 深海浅地层岩芯取样钻机是进行深海底地质调查、深海底矿产资源勘探不可缺少的重大技术装备[1]。我国第一台深海浅地层岩芯取样钻机于2003年研制成功并连续多年成功应用。但该型深海钻机由蓄电池组供电,受电池本身性能的影响,存在一些使用限制。本次研发的深海2米岩芯取样钻机采用铠装光电复合缆向海底进行大功率长距离输电和光纤通信,并在我国大洋调查中首次应用。本文介绍了钻机的基本结构与功能、主要技术指标和技术难点、工作原理与步骤、海上试验情况等。光缆钻机的研制成功解决了铠装光电复合缆高压大功率供电、高速数据通讯、多重安全保护系统等关键技术问题。 Core sampling drill for deep seabed shallow strata is a kind of necessary equipment in exploration of deep seabed mineral resources and survey of deep seabed geology etc.The first set of core sampling drill for deep seabed shallow strata was successfully developed in 2003,and had been applied in Pacific China Cobalt-Rich Crusts Zone successfully for many years.However,the type of drilling rig is provided power by battery.There are some using restrictions by performance of the battery itself.The newly developed of 2mseabed core drill is provided power by using armored optical composite cable,which is firstly applied in China's ocean survey.This paper describes the basic structure and function,performance parameters,technical difficulties,principles and procedures,sea trials and so on.The successful development of 2 mseabed core drill has solved key technologies such as high voltage power supply using armored optical composite cable,high-speed data communications,and multiple security systems.
