摘要
以拜耳法赤泥、水泥熟料为激发剂,研究拜耳法赤泥的引入量对锰渣活性的影响,借助XRD、SEM分析水化产物和微观结构。结果表明,拜耳法赤泥中的碱能加速锰渣中玻璃体的溶解,促进锰渣的早期水化,提高早期强度和后期的抗折强度。后期抗折强度的提高是由于水化产物呈长片状和层状,而抗压强度的降低则是由于结构疏松,空隙较多造成。综合考虑各项工作性能和力学性能,拜耳法赤泥的掺量不宜超过6%。
Using Bayer red mud and cement clinker as activators, studied the effect of the dosage of Bayer red mud on the manganese slag activity, and analyzed the hydration products and micro-structure by XRD and SEM. The results show that the alkali of Bayer red mud can accelerate the dissolution of glass of manganese slag. It also can promote the early hydration of manganese slag, enhance the early strength and the late flexural strength. The increasing of late flexural strength was due to the hydration products shape of long flake and layered. The reducing of compressive strength was due to the loose structure and the more space. Considering the work performance and mechanical properties, the addition of Bayer red mud should not be more than 6 percent.
