采空区粉煤灰泡沫混凝土充填体的试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 以普通硅酸盐水泥、发泡剂、粉煤灰和外加剂为原料,通过室内试验方法制备采空区膏体充填材料,并对其性能指标进行研究分析。结果表明,粉煤掺量为0-50%、绝干密度为200-500 kg/m3时,粉煤灰泡沫混凝土抗压强度在0.4-2.8 MPa变化,抗剪强度在0.05-0.35 MPa变化,采用不同配比获得充填体强度能够满足一般采空区充填要求;随着泡沫掺入量及粉煤灰替换率的增加,能够得到同质量下普通混凝土体积3-7倍以上的充填体,说明在满足充填体强度要求条件下,该充填体利用率较高。该充填体具有较好的变形能力和延性,适合采空区充填。 Ordinary portland cement, fly ash, foaming agent, admixture as raw material, make paste filling material by means of the laboratary test method, and analysis its performence index. The results show:when the fly ash property: 0-50%, absolute dry density: 200-500 kg/m3, the compressive strength of the foamed concrete block changes between 0.4-2.8 MPa, the shear strengh changes between 0.05-0.35 MPa, obtaining the filler strength by using different proportionings can meet the general filling requirements in goaf; as the foam property and the rate of substitution of the fly ash and increase, get the filler 3-7 more times than the same quality of commen concrete,it shows that the utilization ratio of the filler is higher in the condition of meeting the strength requirement of the filler. The filler has better deformability and ductility,and it is suitable to fill in goaf.
