摘要 以最小生态径流和适宜生态径流为基础,提出了河流生态径流计算的流量频率区间比例方法,即考虑径流情势的年内及年际变化特征,以逐月流量资料分别计算各月的生态径流,将各月的流量系列按25%和75%保证率为分界点划分为丰、平、枯三个区间,各区间保障不同级别的生态径流,维护了径流情势的完整性,有利于河流生态系统的保护。在额尔齐斯河中游的应用表明,该方法可为水库生态调度提供调控目标,从而为河流生态系统的保护提供了参考。 Based on the minimal and optimal ecological flow, the flow frequency interval ratio method was proposedto calculate the ecological flow. In this method, the ecological flow is calculated using the monthly flow data to maintainthe intra annual variation of the flow regirrie. To maintain the inter annual variation of the flow regime, the monthly flowseries is divided by 25% and 75%guarantee rate to 3 intervals including wet year, normal year and dry year, and the eco-logical flow of different levels is calculated in each interval. The flow frequency interval ratio method protects the integrityof the flow regime and wilt be conductive to the protection of the river ecosystem. The application in the middle reaches ofthe Irtysh River shows that the method can provide regulation targets for the ecological operation of the reservoirs. Thus,it provides references for protecting the river ecosystem.
