摘要 水资源的可持续开发利用关系到经济社会的健康发展,评价我国水资源利用效率并探讨其影响因素至关重要。运用基于投入距离函数的随机前沿分析(SFA)模型,采用2003-2011年的省级面板数据,分析了我国水资源利用效率及其影响因素。结果表明,样本期内我国水资源利用效率稳步提高,但仍有较大提升空间,且呈现"东高西低"的空间分布特点;经济发展水平、科研投入、污染治理投资、水价等对水资源利用效率有正向影响。 The sustainable utilization of water resources is related to the stable development of economy and social.The evaluation of the efficiency of water resources utilization and discussion of influencing factor is a hot issue in China.The SFA model based distance function is applied to analyze water resources utilization efficiency and its influencing fac-tors by using inter-provincial panel data during 2003-2011 in China. The results show that the water resources use effi-ciency is steadily improving in the sample period; however, the overall levels of water use efficiency are not high, and itappears gradually decreasing characteristics from east to west. Nationally, the levels of economic development, R&D, in-vestment of pollution treatment and water price have positive impact on water resources utilization efficiency.
