摘要
针对中小型引水式水电站压力管道水锤压力大,而采用传统调压措施存在诸多不足的问题,利用气囊弹性及气体体积可压缩的特点,提出了在蜗壳的第四象限安装气囊式调压装置,利用气囊消除阀门突然关闭和开启所产生的正负水锤压,并以窄巷口电站的缩放模型为例进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该新型装置不仅能有效消除正负水锤,且能保证电站的安全运行。
Aiming at the large water hammer pressure in penstock at small and medium diversion type hydropowerstation and many deficiencies existing in traditional regulation guarantee measures, a pressure regulating gasbag is in-stalled at the fourth quadrant of spiral case. Considering the features that the gasbag is elastic and the gas has great com-pressibility, it can reduce positive and negative water hummer pressure caused by the valve sudden closing and opening. Ascale model of Zhaixiangkou hydropower station is used for the study. The results show that the device can reduce bothpositive and negative water hummer pressure effectively and ensure the safety operation of hydropower station.
