摘要
鉴于智能变电站评价是推进新一代智能变电站乃至电网建设亟待解决的问题,借鉴智能电网示范工程的评估体系,首先建立远期智能变电站建设方案的评价指标体系框架,然后针对其评价指标值的不确定性特性,提出一种基于区间数的多指标灰靶模型。利用区间数理论给出智能变电站评价指标的区间值,以此作为评价的模拟决策数据,再利用多指标灰靶模型对各个模拟建设方案进行综合评价。将提出的模型应用于变电站建设方案评价比选,得到的结论较好地验证了该模型的可用性。
To promote the construction of new generation smart substation even strong grid, the smart substation e-valuation is a problem to be urgently solved. According to the evaluation system of smart grid demonstration projects, aframework of comprehensive assessment index system for construction of forward smart substation is built. And then amodel based interval and multi-grey target is proposed to deal with the uncertainty of evaluation index. The theory of in-terval number is used to determine the interval value of smart substation evaluation index, which was taken as the simula-ted decision-making data of evaluation. Based on multi-grey target model, the simulated construction programs are com-prehensively evaluated. The proposed model is applied to the programs evaluation selection of substation construction,and the feasibility of this model is demonstrated by the result.
