摘要 为了研究武器弹射架在发射筒伸出阶段以及导弹发射阶段的动力学响应状况,使用ANSYS对弹射架的关键构件进行了网格划分,并导入ADAMS,建立了刚柔耦合动力学模型。通过改变发射筒位置,研究了弹射架工作时关键构件的受力状态,计算了影响因子,从而确定了构件对发射筒位置偏移的容忍程度,为发射架的进一步设计以及实际加工提供了依据。 In order to investigate the dynamic response status of the weapons launching cradle during shoot-out stage of launcher barrel and launching phase, ANSYS is used to partition the key members of the launching cradle in grid and ADAMS is introduced to establish a dynamic model with coupled rigidity and flexibility. By changing the location of the launcher barrel and investigating the stress stale of key members of the launching eradle during work, the influence coefficient is calculated to determine the tolerance thai can be accepted by the members when launcher barrel has an offset. It will provide a referenee for further design and practical processing of launching cradle.
