摘要
提出了一种新型的适用于大功率场合的EMI集成滤波器。采取基于有限元方法有效提取滤波电感器的寄生参数,消除了寄生参数对滤波电感器的高频影响。运用有限元仿真方法,对滤波器进行仿真分析,并结合电动汽车实际要求设计了集成EMI滤波器。新型集成EMI滤波器不仅能够有效抑制电磁干扰影响,而且能实现滤波器体积的优化与功率密度的提高,具有较高的工程实际意义。
A new structure for high power integrated EMI filter was proposed based on that the traditional filter with small power is difficult to adapt to the environment of electric vehicle DC-DC converter. The integrated EMI filter can not only suppress interference effectively, but also optimize the volume of the filter and improve the power density. In addition, this paper took an appropriate method to extract parasitic capacitance and eliminate its adverse effects on the filter at high frequency. Finally, the simulation results verify this degin based on finite element method, and designed integrated EMI filter combined with the actual requirement of electric vehicle.
