摘要
针对基于永磁直驱风电机组的风电场无功功率/电压控制问题,研究了国内外并网规程关于无功功率平衡/电压控制方面的技术要求,并结合永磁直驱风电机组单机的无功功率调节性能和工作经验,探讨了风电场/风电机组无功功率/电压控制与管理方面存在的一些问题。最后提出了一种风电场无功功率/电压管理技术方案,不仅解决了风电场电压控制现有的技术问题,而且可以为风电场运营商带来一定的经济效益。
The main objective of this paper is to investigate the reactive power balance and voltage control problems of wind power plants with direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine generators (DDPMs). Firstly, this paper focused on the reactive power control performance of DDPM after the detail studies for the worldwide grid codes,and then discussions were implemented to the voltage/var control problems of the wind farm/wind turbines based on the writer' s experience. Finally, one kind of technical schemes was presented as a solution of existing problem;this is also a valuable solution for the wind power plant operators.
