摘要
GBZ/T 223是一种关于工作场所有毒气体检测报警装置设置的职业卫生标准,它与石油化工企业常用设计规范GB 50493的相关规定存在较大差异。针对两种标准在有毒气体检测报警方面存在的差别,从检测点的确定、报警值的设定等12个方面比较了它们的主要不同之处,认为GBZ/T 223的有些规定可以成为石油化工自控工程设计中有毒气体检测报警装置设置的重要依据,在设计中应严格执行。
GBZ/T 223 is the occupational hygiene standard related to toxic gas detection and alarm device setup in the workplace, it is extremely different from the relevant provisions of GB 50493 that is the commonly used specification in petrochemical enterprises. In accordance with the differences of these two standards for toxic gas detection and alarm, the comparison is given in 12 aspects, including the determination of the detection points, and the setting points of alarm, etc. , and it is proposed that some of the provisions of GBZ/T 223 can be important basis for toxic gas detection and alarm device setup in engineering design of automatic control in petrochemical industry.
