证病结合治疗女性抗精子抗体阳性86例

Treatment of Positive Antispermatozoal Antibody Based on Syndrome and Disease Identification in 86 Women

为观察中医辨证分型证病结合治疗女性抗精子抗体 (AsAb)阳性不孕的疗效 ,将 86例AsAb阳性不孕患者分成肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚、湿热挟瘀三型 ,运用补肾、调肝、健脾、利湿化瘀法论治 ,经 2个疗程治疗后 ,总有效率为 95 3 5% ,痊愈率为 69 76% ,患者月经周期、基础体温等均有明显改善。提示中医中药辨证论治 ,可能有调节生殖神经 -内分泌 -免疫

To observe the effects of combined syndrome and disease identification on positive antispermatozoal antibody(AsAb)in female infertility,86 subjects were divided into three types:liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and dampness heat with blood stasis syndrome,and then treated respectively by nourishing kidneys,regulating liver,nourishing spleen,disinhibiting dampness and resolving blood stasis for 6 months.Results:The total effective rate was 95 35% and the cure rate was 69 76%;moreover,the menstrual cycles and basal temperature improved.
