思想政治教育视域下的高校学生社团建设

Construction of college students＇ association from perspective of ideological and political education

学生社团是高校思想政治教育的有效载体，它具有价值导向、素质拓展、调节激励、规范约束等独特的思想政治教育功能。面对尚存在-I-~N建设和管理上的一些问题，高校应加以重视并着力解决，通过优化管理保障机制、成员互教机制、活动运作机制，来全方位地促进学生社团可持续发展，为高校思想政治教育工作添砖加瓦。

College students＇ association is an effective carrier of ideological and political education. It can guide students＇ sense of worth, expand capacity, help students adjust and encourage themselves, and regularize behavior. However, some problems still exist in building and administrating students＇ associa- tion. So colleges should pay more attention and efforts to solve these problems. Through optimizing man- agement and guarantee mechanism, mutual teaching mechanism, and operational activities mechanism, colleges should promote the sustainab｜e and comprehensive development of student associations to make contributions to college ideological and political education.
