我国农村教育面临的困境——基于桐城黄铺中心学校的调研

A brief analysis of the difficulties that China＇ s rural education is faced with ——In view of the survey in Huangpu Centre School

中国农村教育正面临城乡教育资源分布不均、生源减少、师资力量不足等一系列问题，这些问题成为阻碍农村发展的重要因素。通过调研桐城黄铺中心学校，分析当前我国农村尤其是山区中小学校所面临的办学问题，通过研究探讨给出相应的建议：逐步均衡城乡教育资源；采用城乡教师轮岗制；加强对农村地区学校的捐助帮扶；吸纳大学生作为师资队伍的重要补充，加快农村教育改革步伐，逐步实现农村教育的可持续均衡发展。

China＇ s rural education is faced with a series of difficulties including lack of educational re- sources, uneven distribution of urban and rural educational resources, decrease of source of students, and shortage of teachers. These has become important factors which are blocking the development of rural ar- eas. Through the survey in Huangpu Centre School, the author analyzed the difficulties in running a school in China＇ s rural areas, especially in mountainous areas. After research and discussion, there are some suggestions as follow： balancing education resources between urban and rural areas, practicing rotation system for urban and rural teachers, strengthening the donation to rural schools, taking undergraduates as important supply of faculty, accelerating the reformation of rural education, achieving the sustainable development of rural education.
