摘要
本文在经典功率变换器的基础上设计了一种含谐振电路的新型功率变换器,该功率变换器每相仅需一个功率开关管和一个功率二极管,实现了用最少功率开关管使开关磁阻电机稳定运行的目的。通过MATLAB仿真,与不对称半桥型和公共开关型功率变换器进行比较,结果表明本文设计的新型功率变换器具有高性能、经济和高效的特点。
Based on classic power converters, a new power converter containing resonant circuits is developed in this paper, which requires one controllable semiconductor switch and one power diode for per phase. MATLAB has been used for the modeling and analysis of the new converter and com- pared with asymmetric bridge converters and miller converters. It is shown that the converter is high performance, economical and efficient.
