摘要
现有超高水充填A/B料浆混合控制系统只检测、控制流量,本文提出增加浓度控制,使A/B料浆配比严格为1:1。将充填料浆流量与浓度实时的检测数据与模糊推理逻辑和生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节作用相结合,将模糊免疫PID控制方法应用到超高水充填控制系统中。仿真结果表明,优化后的控制效果优于常规的PID控制,具有较强的自适应能力和鲁棒性。
The existing ultra - high water filling A/B slurry mixture control system detections and con- trols flow in order to make sure A/B slurry ratio of 1 : 1 strictly. This paper proposes to increase the concentration control. This paper combines slurry flow and concentration data in real -time detection with fuzzy logic inference and the process of biological immune feedback response, the fuzzy immune PID control method is applied to the ultra - high water filling control system. The simulation results show, the optimized control effect is superior to the conventional PID control, it has strong adaptive ability and robustness.
