蓄电池叉车调速器MOSEFT管栅极电阻计算与模拟分析

摘要 针对蓄电池叉车调速器MOSFET功率管在关断过程中易产生尖峰电压的问题,根据IPB025N10N型MOSFET功率管驱动电路各参数之间的关系,推导出适合调速器功率管正常工作的最小栅极电阻值,经过仿真和实验证明,调整驱动电阻值能够解决尖峰电压问题,从而保证蓄电池叉车的高速变频调速器可靠运行。 Aiming at the problem of MOSFET turning - off spike voltage, the minimum gate resistance value which fits for the normal working of speed controller MOSFET is calculated by analyzing the relationship between parameters of the MOS- FET driving circuit. Simulation and experiment show that the problem of turning - off spike voltage can be solved by adjusting the gate resistance value, so as to ensure the reliable operation of high speed frequency - speed varied controller of battery forklift.
