Quality Supervision and Evaluation on Occupation Skill Appraisal of Military Vehicle Drivers

基于新形势下军队汽车驾驶员职业技能鉴定工作的要求,开展军车驾驶员职业技能鉴定质量督导,遵循质量形成和保证的特点规律,从鉴定组织机构、鉴定业务工作和鉴定物质条件3个维度构建军队汽车驾驶员职业技能鉴定质量督导评价指标体系,筛选确定职业技能鉴定质量督导的关键要素,提高汽车驾驶员职业技能鉴定质量。

Based on the requirements of the occupation skill appraisal for military vehicle drivers under new situation, qual- ity supervision on the appraisal is conducted. Abiding by the characteristics and law of quality formation and assurance, the supervision and evaluation index system for occupation skill appraisal of military vehicle drivers is built from three dimen- sions of appraisal＇ s organization, content and material condition, and key elements of the quality supervision are deter- mined, thus to improve the quality of the occupation skill appraisal.
