摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT后处理技术在腕骨骨折的应用价值。方法:36例腕关节损伤患者分别进行了DR平片、16排螺旋CT检查,将CT扫描数据进行多平面重建(multi-planar reformation,MPR)、曲面重建(curved-planar reformation,CPR)、容积重建(volume reformation)后处理;将多排螺旋CT轴位、后处理图像及X线平片三者所显示的腕关节骨折和脱位结果进行对比分析。结果:在36例患者中,多排螺旋CT后处理技术发现全部93个腕骨骨折,显示率100%;CT轴位发现78个,显示率83.87%;DR平片发现61个,显示率65.59%,三者之间差异具有统计学意义(字2=39.45,P=0.000)。结论:多排螺旋CT后处理图像在显示腕骨骨折方面具有优势,尤其对隐匿性骨折的确诊具有重要临床价值。
Objective:To explore the application value of 16-row CT post-processing technique in carpal bone fractures.Method:36 cases of wrist joint injury patients were respectively for DR plain radiographs, and 16-row CT examination, CT scan data used for multiple planar reconstruction(multi-planar reformation,MPR),curved surface reconstruction(curved-planar reformation,CPR),volume reconstruction(volume reformation) post-processing;helical CT axial position and post-processing images and X-ray plain film showed the wrist fractures and dislocations were analyzed. Result: In 36 cases,multiple row helical CT post-processing technique found 93 carpal bone fracture, showed the rate of 100%.The CT axial found 78,detection rate of 83.87%; DR flat piece found 61, showed the rate of 65.59%, there was statistically significant differences in three methods( χ^2=39.45,P=0.000).Conclusion:Multiple row helical CT post-processing image has the advantage in showing carpal bone fracture, especially plays an important clinical value in the diagnosis of occult fracture.
