锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Clavicular Hook Plate and Kirschner Wire Tension Band in the Treatment of Acromioclavicular Dislocation

目的:观察锁骨钩钢板内固定法与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的78例肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料进行分析,随机分成两组,每组39例,其中治疗组采用锁骨钩钢板内固定法进行治疗,对照组采用克氏针张力带进行治疗。结果:治疗组39例肩锁关节脱位患者优35例,良4例,肩关节功能优良率100%,与对照组76.9%(30/39)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院及骨折愈合时间、并发症等情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:锁骨钩钢板内定法治疗肩锁关节脱位效果好,愈合快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.Method：The clinical data of 78 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were analyzed.Cases were randomly divided into two groups with 39 in each.The treatment group was treated with clavicular hook plate fixation;the control group was used Kirschner wire tension band for treatment.Result：35 cases were excellent,4 cases were good in the treatment group.Compared with 76.9%（30/39） in control group,the excellent and good rates were 100% in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The differences were statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group of the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization and fracture healing time,complications（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation,the clavicular hook plate has the good curative effect,with fast healing.It is worthy of clinical application.
