MIPPO技术结合LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折

MIPPO Technology Combined with LISS Plate in the Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures

目的：分析MIPPO技术结合LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：2011-2013年15例采用MIPPO技术结合LISS-DP钢板治疗股骨远端骨折,男9例,女6例,年龄18～67岁,平均48.3岁。全部为闭合性骨折,根据AO骨折分型,33A型骨折10例,33B型骨折5例。MIPPO技术结合LISS钢板在股外侧肌与骨膜间插入,间接复位固定骨折端,然后锁钉固定。结果：所有病例随访3～18个月,根据Kolment膝关节功能评定标准判定,优8例,良好5例,差2例,优良率86.7%,所有骨折全部骨性愈合,平均愈合时间6个月,无内固定物断裂。结论：MIPPO技术结合LISS-DP钢板治疗股骨远端骨折,内固定可靠,骨折愈合快,术后患者可以不负重下早期主动活动,有利于术后患者膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective：To analysis the clinical effect of MIPPO technology combined with LISS plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures.Method：15 cases with distal femoral fractures in our hospital from 2011 to 1013 were selected.9 cases of male,6 female,age 18-67,average age was 48.3.All were closed fractures,according to AO classification,type 33 A fracture in 10 cases,5 cases of type 33 B fracture.MIPPO technology combined with the insertion of LISS plate in the vastus lateralis muscle and periosteum,indirect fixed fracture,then locked screw fixation.Result：All cases were followed up for 3-18 months,according to Kolment knee function evaluation standard,excellent in 8 cases,good in 5 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent rate was 86.7%.Bony union was obtained in all cases,the average union time was 6 months,no breakage of internal fixation.Conclusion：MIPPO technology combined with LISSDP plate in treating distal femoral fracture operation have advantage of reliable fixation,fast fracture healing.This method is propitious to recovery of knee joint function.
