颈外静脉留置针在心血管内科病患者中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of External Jugular Vein Indwelling Needle in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的:探讨颈外静脉留置针在心血管内科病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年2月-2013年12月笔者所在医院门诊收治的156例心血管内科病患者,随机分为观察组(75例)和对照组(81例)。对照组采用手背浅静脉留置针治疗,观察组采用颈外静脉留置针治疗,并观察两组静脉留置针穿刺情况及并发症情况。结果:观察组一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.2%,对照组并发症发生率为25.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用颈外静脉留置针治疗心血管内科病可提高穿刺成功率,且并发症较少,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of external jugular vein indwelling in patients with cardiovascular disease in Department of internal medicine.Method：156 cases of cardiovascular department of internal medicine patients from February 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group（75 cases） and control group（81 cases）.Control group was given superficial venous indwelling needle therapy,observation group was given external jugular vein catheter and to observe the two groups of venipuncture success rate and complications.Result：Once success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared（P〈0.05）;the complication rate of observation group was 9.2%,control group,the incidence of complications was 25.9%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Use external jugular vein catheter treatment of cardiovascular disease medicine puncture success rate can be improved,and fewer complications,it is worth in clinical use.
