摘要
希金斯炭疽菌(Colletotrichum higginsanum Sacc.)可以侵染菜心、萝卜等众多十字花科蔬菜引起炭疽病,给生产造成巨大的经济损失。通过对该菌中可能的腺苷酸环化酶(AC)氨基酸序列进行理化性质、细胞信号肽、跨膜区结构以及二级结构等生物信息学分析。结果表明,该菌种Ch Cap1,Ch Cap2与Srv2在理化性质、二级结构、亚细胞定位方面差异较大,以期为深入开展AC基因的定位、表达以及功能域等方面研究及为进一步实现以控制病原菌G蛋白信号途径功能新药物靶标的开发提供有力的理论支撑。
Colletotrichum higginsianum can infect flowering Chinese cabbage,carrot and other cruciferous vegetables,causing huge economic losses to the production.Based on our previous research,bioinformatics analyses of the typical adenylate cyclase (AC) sequence including the physicochemical properties,signal peptide,trans-membrane domain structure and the secondary structure were made.The results showed that there were differences in physicochemical properties,secondary structure,subcellular locatization between chCap1,chCap2 and Srv2.It will provide theoretical basis for developing new drug targets to control pathogen cell division and gene mapping of AC gene.
