摘要
为研究森林病原菌真菌的几种壳囊孢属（Cytospora）菌种,在低温保藏方法后的活力指数,对试管冰箱保藏和石蜡油冰箱保藏时间进行研究。结果表明：0-4℃冰箱试管保藏的时间为9a左右、石蜡油封闭保藏的时间可达23a左右,在第9年、第23年,石蜡油冰箱菌种活力指数分别为67.2、30.0。
Two methods were used to study the activity index after low-temperature preservation of several forest pathogentic fungus of Cytospora.The results showed that the duration of preservation by tube-refrigerator method（0-4℃）was about 9years and paroline-refrigerator method（0-4℃）was about 23 years.For paroline-refrigerator method,the activity index of the cultures was 67.2in the 9th year,and30.0in the 23 rd year.
