摘要
对我国区域能源规划、城市热力管网规划的现状进行分析,结合国家相关政策,对区域能源系统与热力管网规划设计提出了建议。
The status quo of regional energy planning and urban heat-supply network planning is analyzed. Combined with the relevant national policies, the recommendations for planning design of re- gional energy systems and heat-supply network are proposed.
